Credits are valid 12 months from purchase. The two-month clock on each credit starts when you upload a block model, not when you buy. Each credit is bound to one unique block model file: upload a different file, including a revised version of the same model, and it is a new block model on a new credit. Bundle credits can be shared with anyone on your company's email domain.
Yours, isolated, kept in Australia
Your data, and your clients' data, stays in Australia. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, logically isolated to your account, and deleted within 30 minutes of expiry, with residual backups purged within 7 days. The platform is built on a security program aligned to ISO 27001. Your data and results belong to you, and we cannot restore them after expiry, so export what you need first.
