Cognomine is a strategic and long-term mine planning tool from a team that has spent years building and deploying enterprise technology in heavy industry. We are new to mining, and we are deliberate about where we start.
A product of Hyperbridge
Cognomine is built by Hyperbridge Pty Ltd, an Australian company developing compute software for industrial planning problems. Cognomine is our mining product, and strategic and long-term planning is where we have chosen to prove it first.
We pair a compute and optimisation background with people who have carried enterprise technology into mining, ports, telecom and manufacturing. That mix is deliberate: the hard part of this problem is not only the solver, it is encoding what a real mine plan has to respect, and getting that right takes both sides.
Strategic first, by choice
The engine underneath Cognomine can reach further than strategic planning. We could have led with a longer list of use cases. We would rather earn the strategic and long-term end first, with planners who can tell us where the schedule holds up and where it does not, before we claim any more ground.
